Razor Blade

All of these wonderful razors are not of much use without double-edge or single-edge safety razor blades. Over the years, We Colorfans have provided the shaving public with choices of blades for their double-edge (DE) or single-edge (SE) razors.

A DE razor blade for shaving features sharp edges on both sides of the blade. This design allows you to flip the razor over and continue shaving without having to rinse the blade as often.

An SE razor blade has one sharp edge. These blades tend to be more rigidly fixed in place than their DE counterparts. The blade’s firm positioning makes it ideal for use over uneven contours, reducing the risk of nicks and improving control when shaping facial hair.

Compared to multi-blade razors, both DE and SE razor blades for shaving reduce the risk of ingrown hairs. Fewer blades mean fewer passes over the skin, minimizing the risk of irritation and micro-cuts that can lead to ingrown hairs.
